Because I hate forms, in this space I only offer 20 minute time slots for $20 CDN to connect through zoom. Together we can ask all the questions with zero pressure to work together.

You can rely on support and guidance as you go inwards. I help support you to help yourself into nourishment, connection and health within. Our focus is to build compassion and safety for you to live your truth. I am beside you each step and each rest.
