There is no greater offering to ourself than to be ourself.

Welcome Beautiful Soul

I am here with my heart extended to yours as a Human Being, a Survivor and a Mother.

I'm Stacey

and I am here to support YOU.

I’m so glad you stopped by, I am a Self Relationship Recovery Coach with a personal focus in Trauma. Which basically means, I do deep dives into the relationship we have with ourselves. For those of us with childhood trauma it means we often have underdeveloped relationships with ourselves. Not out of choice but survival.

Self Relationship Recovery is my Jam !!
I believe our intrapersonal relationship is our most important one we have. For trauma survivors it’s often the most rejected and neglected relationship. I work alongside people who are ready to focus in on their truths and build a foundation of regulation, safety and connection to themselves.

Being a support to people through their hardest life transitions matters to me. Too many people are struggling with lack of support and care and this is the absolute minimum we all deserve. Being trauma trained is something that I believe the world needs everywhere. It’s an important part of my work and been a huge part of my personal recovery.

As a childhood trauma survivor I come first from my lived experience more often than the knowledge I’ve trained in or studied. It means I have done the work personally in my own recovery that I do with my clients. I live it. I practice it. And because none of us need the same stuff in recovery this is where I pull from my training and studies.

So much of my own self relationship Recovery is NOT about changing myself- it’s been about building HEALTH in myself. That health has changed my life in every area. I couldn’t do that without building capacity for safety as my nervous system regulation is a big part of gaining access to living connected to myself. I wasn’t able to do this work till late in my 30s, and I was 40 before I could integrate it in my life.

We often don’t realize how we let ourselves go because it’s a slow process over time. One relationship after another. Sometimes it comes when we are going through something so hard that we are forced to look in places of ourselves that we haven’t been able to before.

If you are ready to build health and truth with yourself, I’d be honoured to support you.

The letting go and really trusting yourself is grief and strength holding hands.

It’s so common to hear that many of us never learned how to have healthy relationships, especially with ourself. We grew up with people and environments that grew us into people pleasing, performing, self sabotaging and unhealthy attachments. Many of us never learned how to communicate our needs with ourselves or others.

Some of us that come from traumatizing childhoods now as adults are still living in survival states. Our nervous systems are functioning in states of overwhelm. Many of us have no idea another way exists. Today we are able to get tools and support to start the recovery journey to help and nourish ourselves.
